San Baltazar Sour

Pairing the smokey properties of Mezcal with fresh rosemary, this smokey sour is not one to be missed!

Redfern Metropolitan

Diving into Redfern with Dry Vermouth, Four Pillars Dry Gin and a house made Blueberry Elixr, there's a reason this is a local favourite.

Mai-jito

It seemed appropriate to put a tiki twist on a Mojito, Adding a little Orange Curacao, and floating some spiced rum only adds to the freshness of a mint and lime combo.

Southside Spiced Sazerac

Going down the classic route, and working closely with local rum distillers, Brix Rum, we have created the Spicy Sazerac, sure to start (or end) your night in style.

This one's bursting with saffron and lobster stock as well as fresh prawns, mussels, vongole and chorizo.

Pan Fried Gnocchi

The Gnocchi is handmade daily, and almost always pan-fried in butter before being sauced. 
Rotating variations of our Gnocchi can and should be expected.

Mallorquina Salami

Traditionally hung around the fireplace to cure, Malloquina develops a smoky aroma whilst retaining the sweet notes of the meat.
We paired this Australian charcuterie with curry-pickled fennel and it is delicious!

Fennel + Drunken Apricot Salad

Apricots are soaked in Vermouth, the Fennel is shaved fresh to order.
The dressing has both the vermouth and olive brine in it, as well as fresh OJ.
It's bittersweet and delicious!
